Join Mitre - Cambridge for a Chef Apprenticeship where you'll master their menu and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and handling guest queries. You'll work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining practical experience and a nationally recognised qualification. This is a work-based training program with regular support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. Upon completion, there are opportunities for further progression to higher-level apprenticeships. Benefits include a 33% discount across all Mitchells and Butlers brands.
