About the role
Embark on a culinary journey as a Chef Apprentice at Dun Cow - Rugby, a charming rural pub within the Vintage Inns collection. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain a qualification in a dynamic kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, and contributing to team meetings. While no prior experience is necessary, a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote coaching, with a mentor in the workplace. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
