About the role
Join Ember Inns as a Chef Apprentice and develop your skills to gain a qualification. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, with face-to-face sessions and remote calls every 6 weeks. You'll receive a mentor within the workplace and work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and participating in team meetings. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking. Upon completion, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification and support the running of the kitchens.
