About the role
Join Toby Carvery as a Chef Apprentice and become the reason guests keep coming back for their favourite roasts. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing stock, and handling guest queries. No prior experience is necessary; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. You'll work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Training is work-based, with regular support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if required.
