About the role
Are you passionate about food and ready to kickstart your culinary career? Marstons is offering an exciting Apprentice Chef opportunity at their Barn Owl pub in Worcester. This role involves preparing, creating, and bringing delicious pub menu items to life. You will learn new prepping skills, gain experience in various kitchen sections, and work within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. The apprenticeship is for the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 qualification and will take 15 months to complete, including functional skills in maths and English. Upon successful completion, there is potential to progress towards a Sous Chef role.
