About the role
Are you ready to turn your hand to new skills? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Chef - helping our kitchen team make amazing food for our guests. You'll be prepping, creating, and bringing our pub menu to life. From learning new prepping skills to owning a section of the kitchen, you'll develop skills you can take home. Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP is desirable, as is a willingness to learn about kitchen procedures and work in a fast-paced team environment. You'll be working towards your Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 qualification over 15 months, with opportunities for career progression within Marston's, an award-winning pub company.
