Join EGO - Bromsgrove, a premium pub and restaurant, as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality sector, working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. As part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with no college attendance required, focusing on practical skills and team collaboration. This role requires applicants to be 18 or over due to licensing laws related to alcohol sales.
