About the role

Join Harvester, a well-known family dining establishment famous for its fresh rotisserie chicken and unlimited salad bar. As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you'll be the welcoming face of our front of house team. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our menu, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience, encouraging them to return.

This role involves independent alcohol sales and requires applicants to be 18 or over due to licensing laws. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, from greeting guests to ensuring their satisfaction with meals and handling any queries promptly and professionally. Teamwork is essential, with an emphasis on open communication and supporting colleagues. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of front-of-house areas and participating in all training sessions. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, including work-based training and support from a dedicated Learner Coach and in-house mentor.
