Join the Black Horse in Old Swan, Liverpool, as an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, maintaining hygiene and safety regulations, and communicating effectively with your team to ensure timely and quality meal service. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including regular check-ins with a Lifetime Learner Coach and on-the-job mentorship. You will also work towards obtaining Functional Skills in English and maths if needed.
