About the role
Are you passionate about food and eager to kickstart a career in the kitchen? Chase (Thetford) is looking for an Apprentice Chef to join their Hungry Horse team. This role offers hands-on training in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and effective team communication. You'll work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience as part of the unique Chef Academy. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, regular support from a Learner Coach, and opportunities to obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. With 200+ Hungry Horse locations, there's ample opportunity for career growth within Greene King.
