About the role
Join Toby Carvery as a Chef Apprentice and become a vital part of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This is a work-based apprenticeship, meaning you won't need to attend college. You will receive on-the-job training under the supervision of experienced chefs, alongside remote support from a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You will also work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard and gain Functional Skills in English and maths if required. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression within Mitchells and Butlers, with potential for higher-level apprenticeships upon completion.
