About the role
Join the kitchen team at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs where muddy boots and paws are welcome. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain a qualification in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensure cleanliness, and contribute to team meetings. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training including face-to-face sessions and remote calls.
