About the role

Home Instead Calderdale is seeking a creative and enthusiastic apprentice for a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. This role offers hands-on experience in social media, content creation, marketing, and community engagement. The apprentice will be responsible for creating and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, producing visual materials, supporting recruitment campaigns, updating website content, and assisting with email marketing and newsletters. They will also play a part in local events and community outreach, and analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance. No prior experience is necessary, but a genuine interest in marketing and digital communications is essential, along with good communication, IT, and organizational skills. Desirable skills include experience with Canva, photography/video, websites, SEO, analytics, or AI-assisted content tools.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
