About the role

SB RACE ENGINEERING LTD is offering a Heritage Engineering Technician Apprentice position focusing on mechanical repair and maintenance of modern and classic vehicles. This apprenticeship combines traditional engineering skills with modern technology, providing hands-on experience with prestigious brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and McLaren. Trainees will learn about vehicle history, components, servicing, tuning, transmissions, chassis, suspension, steering, braking, and electrics. The program also includes technical drawing, welding, business studies, and advanced diagnostics. The ideal candidate will possess strong GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or above), excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and team-working skills. Previous classic vehicle experience is beneficial but not essential.
