About the role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to build a career in property management. You will gain hands-on experience within the Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM) team, rotating through Lettings, Customer Operations, and Property Operations. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with finding homes, ensuring property maintenance, and managing tenancies. You will also work with the charity partner Regeneration Brainery to support young people. The apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Housing & Property Management qualification, covering tenancy lifecycle management, legal frameworks, repairs, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs grades 4-9 including English & Maths (predicted grades accepted). Must be at least 16 years old on 1st September 2027. Must have valid Right to Work in the UK with visa extending beyond apprenticeship duration.
