About the role

You will monitor social media engagement, respond to basic customer inquiries, and support email marketing and promotional efforts. Market and competitor research will be part of your duties, along with tracking campaign performance and preparing reports. Additionally, you will assist in updating website content and product listings. The role also involves brainstorming creative concepts for merchandise and promotional products, researching market trends, and assisting with product launches and packaging ideas.
