About the role

Join bp's Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S) team as an L6 Degree Apprentice. This four-year programme offers hands-on commercial experience in financial, commodity, and energy markets. You will rotate through various roles, gaining skills in data analysis, supporting commercial decisions, and project work. Alongside practical experience, you will study part-time towards a degree aligned with Digital and Technology Solutions standards, in conjunction with a London-based training provider. This apprenticeship is designed for ambitious individuals with a passion for adding value in a global business. You will be supported by an experienced mentor, a buddy from the Early Careers programme, and a dedicated management team. The role requires curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Entry requirements

  • Aged 18 or over by September 2027. Completion of A-levels or further education in 2027. Achieved or predicted at least 120 UCAS points, including one STEM A level at minimum grade C (e.g., Maths, Computer Science, Physics, IT, Software Engineering, Economics). Achieved GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, or equivalent.
