About the role
BRIGHT KIDS HACKNEY LTD is offering a Childcare Apprenticeship at Level 3. This role involves creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within EYFS requirements, and participating in various indoor and outdoor activities. The apprentice will support children with self-care needs, communicate with team members and parents, and liaise with external customers. The apprenticeship is delivered with a blend of online training and on-the-job experience, leading to a qualification in Paediatric First Aid and an Advanced Diploma Early Years. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position and career progression to roles such as Room Leader or management training.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English: C/4 or above, Functional Skills Maths & English: Level 2. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Patience, initiative, and a non-judgemental attitude are also highly valued.
