Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Early Years Educator. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. Key duties include planning and participating in a range of indoor and outdoor activities, supporting children with self-care needs, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. The role involves working closely with children and liaising with external customers to ensure a high standard of childcare. The apprenticeship includes online training for the first 8 weeks, with ongoing support from a dedicated assessor and nursery staff. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position and opportunities for career progression, including roles such as Room Leader or further management training.
