About the role
WEST MIDLANDS MEDIA LTD is seeking a creative, organised Junior Graphic Designer Apprentice to create content and creative assets for their clients across web, social, and short-form video. This Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship will provide comprehensive training and support from experienced web, design, and marketing teams. The role involves creating content for websites, writing and scheduling social posts, designing simple assets, repurposing content, researching industry trends, and updating website content. The apprentice will also gain experience in creating and editing short-form videos, including using AI-assisted tools, and will track basic performance metrics. A portfolio of creative work is essential for this role, with Adobe Suite usage being desirable.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above. Strong communication, IT, organisation, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential. Creativity and initiative are also required.
