About the role
Are you an ambitious student interested in finance, specifically asset management, and looking for a global firm? UBS is seeking motivated individuals for their 2027 Apprenticeship Program within Asset Management in London. This program offers the chance to coordinate client-related items, generate performance and risk reports, and gain a deep understanding of the industry, culture, and strategy. You will work in one of the world's largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers. The ideal candidate will have completed A-levels or equivalent between September 2025 and September 2027, achieving ABB at A-level plus specific GCSEs in English and Maths. We are looking for individuals with values of hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration, who are motivated by high demands and tight deadlines. Evidence of experimental and responsible AI use to improve outcomes and efficiency is also sought. This is an exciting opportunity for curious individuals to thrive in a dynamic business, with the program commencing with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship and progressing to a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship, culminating in a professional qualification and a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
