About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in adult care with AJEB HEALTHCARE LTD's Level 2 Apprenticeship. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to domiciliary care, focusing on providing essential support to clients in their own homes. You will learn to assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, safe moving and handling, and fostering independence and social connection. The role emphasizes observation, reporting changes in well-being, and maintaining accurate digital records. No prior qualifications or experience are necessary, with support available for English and maths if needed. The position requires a commitment to working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota. A driving licence and access to a car are strongly preferred. Upon successful completion, you will be offered a permanent Care Worker role with opportunities for career progression to Senior Care Worker and the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • No qualifications or care experience required. Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK. Full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance strongly preferred.
