About the role

As a Landscape Construction Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced landscapers to create exceptional outdoor spaces for clients across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Key responsibilities include assisting with site preparation, groundworks, installing patios, paving, pathways, steps, and supporting the construction of fencing, decking, and garden features. You will also assist with planting, turfing, soft landscaping, safely using landscaping tools and equipment, maintaining a tidy worksite, interpreting plans, travelling to project sites, and following health and safety procedures. This is a physically active outdoor role in all weather conditions with early starts required. Successful completion could lead to a permanent position as a Landscape Operative with opportunities for career progression.
