About the role

Join Arcadis as an Apprentice Pursuit Coordinator and become an integral part of their central Pursuits Team, responsible for winning new business through compelling proposals. This role places you at the heart of their sales and business development engine.

Your duties will include:

* Creating high-quality pursuit documents, presentations, and materials using Microsoft tools, following clear briefs.

* Supporting content management on internal platforms like Bid SharePoint and Collaboration Hub.

* Organizing meetings, taking notes, tracking actions, and gathering information for pursuit submissions.

* Collecting and managing data throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

* Compiling information for pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).

* Assisting with preparing technical responses, CVs, and case studies.

* Joining capture planning sessions, recording insights and actions.

* Formatting pursuit and proposal documentation for professionalism and visual consistency.

* Engaging in learning and development through internal communities, mentorship, and training programmes.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English Grade 4 or above, GCSE Maths Grade 4 or above. Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Analytical skills, Team working.
