About the role

This Level 3 Apprenticeship as a Dental Nurse will provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. Day-to-day duties may include welcoming patients, handling enquiries, preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, assisting clinicians, updating patient records, monitoring stock, and maintaining clean clinical areas. You will uphold patient privacy and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality care. This role offers a clear progression pathway into Senior Dental Nurse, Lead Nurse, Practice Manager, or even further training to become a Dental Hygienist or Therapist. The training is provided by Tempdent and includes a Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, functional skills (if applicable), flexible online delivery, quarterly start dates, and ongoing support.
