About the role
The Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship will equip you to develop high-quality customer service skills and administration skills. You will work as part of a warm and friendly team committed to delivering high standards of patient care and support your career progression at MFT.
Duties may include:
Welcoming and assisting patients at reception, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Managing appointment bookings and clinic schedules.
Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries from patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
Providing administrative support to clinical and administrative colleagues.
Assisting with general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and processing correspondence.
