Early Years Nursery Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to work in an early years nursery setting, gaining practical experience and new skills alongside experienced staff. The role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, fostering strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Responsibilities include supporting children's learning through stimulating play, adhering to child protection procedures, and participating in team meetings and professional development. The apprentice will also be expected to advise management on any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, maintaining confidentiality. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, who are patient, non-judgemental, and eager to contribute to a child's development.
