The apprenticeship includes 10 days of online training over the 13-month duration, with the rest of your time spent gaining practical experience within the nursery, supported by a dedicated childcare assessor. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and further career progression into roles such as Room Leader, management training, or even pathways into Primary Education or Paediatric Nursing.
