About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Dental Nurse within Rodericks Dental Partners. As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you will gain hands-on experience from day one, supporting dentists and specialists in a patient-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with surgery setup, equipment checks, sterilization, and ensuring accurate documentation and patient records. You will also be expected to uphold excellent standards of care, adhering to practice policies, safeguarding, and compliance guidelines. This role requires strong administrative and analytical skills, attention to detail, good customer care, initiative, IT proficiency, and the ability to work logically and non-judgmentally. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Upon completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Senior Dental Nurse, Lead Nurse, Practice Manager, or specializing further as an Orthodontic Therapist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Therapist.
