About the role

MATRIX ACADEMY TRUST (MANAGEMENT) is seeking an Apprentice Creative Media Producer to create and deliver high-quality visual content showcasing the Trust and its schools. The apprentice will receive on-the-job training in photography, videography, and content creation, producing a variety of content including school videos, recruitment campaigns, and social media assets. This role involves working within the Marketing & Engagement team and completing a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship with the chosen training provider, Ixion Holdings. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, a passion for photography, video production, and digital content, and aspire to build a career in the creative and education sectors. Responsibilities include capturing photography and videography, developing content for various platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and building relationships with staff across Trust schools. Travel between sites is required, and a driving license is advantageous. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity for progression into a Creative Media Producer position.
