About the role
Start your accounts career with hands-on experience supporting client property portfolios, building your financial skills and working alongside a collaborative team. The role involves supporting the management of property data and client funds, assisting with client reporting, reconciling reports, and performing various administrative and financial tasks. You will work closely with Client Accountants and the wider team, gaining valuable experience in property finance. Key responsibilities include maintaining property and lease data, assisting with client reports, reconciling VAT and client statements, and preparing instructions for the Treasury department. This apprenticeship offers full on-the-job training, including specific Savills training programmes and CPD to ensure you gain the necessary knowledge and experience to qualify successfully.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or C and above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
