About the role
As an Apprentice Vehicle Damage Paint Technician, you will learn to prepare vehicle panels for painting by filling, sanding, and masking. You will also mix and color match paint, apply primers, basecoats, and finishing coats, and finish painted vehicles by polishing and touching up. The role involves learning approved repair methods to meet quality standards, maintaining tools and equipment, and working safely. You will gain practical skills through hands-on experience alongside experienced technicians and contribute to a positive working environment.
