About the role

As an adult care apprentice at Empathia Ltd, you will be a key member of the team, providing frontline care for vulnerable adults. Your responsibilities will include planning and completing activities to enhance service users' quality of life, assisting with personal care needs, preparing meals, and maintaining accurate records. You will ensure health and safety standards are met at all times. This role requires a friendly and approachable manner, the ability to work on your own initiative, and a commitment to the apprenticeship. You will work towards a Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship Certificate and Functional Skills in Maths and English. A valid driving licence and car are required for this role. There may be an opportunity to progress to a Level 3 apprenticeship upon completion.
