About the role
This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide array of people management and organizational activities, leading to a recognized professional qualification. You will be involved in various HR functions, including analyzing people data, generating reports, providing advice on HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with experienced HR professionals and stakeholders across the business, you will gain insights into both operational and strategic HR. Your contributions will extend to projects focused on workforce planning, organizational change, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning, wellbeing initiatives, and process improvement. The program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for a modern HR professional, covering areas such as employment law, employee relations, business strategy, organizational development, talent management, and evidence-based practice. Key professional skills like stakeholder management, communication, influencing, coaching, data analysis, problem-solving, and project delivery will be honed, alongside demonstrating behaviors such as professionalism, ethical practice, collaboration, adaptability, inclusivity, and a commitment to continuous learning. This experience will lay a robust foundation for a career as an HR Business Partner.
