About the role
Dingley's Promise in Worcester is seeking an SEND Nursery Assistant Apprentice to study towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. As a key member of the team, you will work with therapists and senior staff to create engaging learning experiences for young children with diverse developmental needs. Responsibilities include interacting with children through 'shared play' and 'reflective' approaches, utilizing specific teaching strategies, being attentive to emotional needs, developing observation skills with key children, and supporting curriculum activities. The role offers the possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
