About the role

DTK FRIGO UK LIMITED is seeking an Operations Coordinator Apprentice to join their transport and logistics team in Grimsby. This role will involve assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, preparing and filing documents, and responding to enquiries. The apprentice will communicate with various stakeholders, retrieve and share information securely, and assist with report preparation. They will also monitor outstanding paperwork, ensure tasks are completed within deadlines, and follow company procedures for data protection and information security. This is a collaborative role supporting the smooth running of the business. The apprentice will receive workplace training and feedback to develop their administration skills and will be responsible for identifying and raising errors. The company is a transport and logistics provider specializing in temperature-controlled and time-critical deliveries across Western Europe and Scandinavia, part of NTG Nordic Transport Group.
