Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship

About the role

This Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship at Auden Place Nursery offers hands-on experience in creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5. You will work with experienced staff, teach within EYFS requirements, participate in indoor and outdoor activities, and support children with self-care needs. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with team members, parents, and external customers, providing a high level of service.

Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position, with prospects for career progression including room leader roles, management training, and further development within the nursery setting. The training includes working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, with a dedicated assessor, mentor, and staff support. The apprenticeship is 14 months long, involving online training for the first 8 weeks and practical work in the nursery. A paediatric first aid qualification is also included.
