About the role
As an apprentice Nursery Educator, you will gain hands-on experience working in a childcare setting and alongside experienced staff to develop new skills. Your responsibilities will include creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within the EYFS requirements, and participating in various indoor and outdoor activities. You will also support children with their self-care needs, communicate effectively with team members and parents, and liaise with external customers. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Level 3 Practitioner with potential for a full-time position and further career progression into roles such as Room Leader or even primary education.
