Early Years Educator - Apprenticeship

About the role

As an apprentice Early Years Educator at Eliana Nursery, you will gain hands-on experience in a childcare setting caring for children aged 0-5 years. You will learn to complete daily childcare tasks, ensuring the welfare and education of the children. This includes assisting with learning activities like numeracy and language games, singing, role play, storytelling, and essential baby care such as feeding and changing. You will also develop your communication skills by liaising with parents and external customers to provide a high level of service. This apprenticeship offers a clear path for career progression, including opportunities to become a room leader, receive management training, or springboard into primary education or pediatric nursing. Continuous professional development within the nursery setting is also a focus.
