About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become an Apprentice Service Advisor at Ford & Slater, a leading DAF Truck dealer group. As the first point of contact for customers, you will gain hands-on experience in managing service bookings, scheduling workshop jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include welcoming and assisting customers, liaising with technicians, preparing service documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The apprenticeship leads to a fully qualified Service Advisor role, with potential for further career development within the aftersales function. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, teamwork, initiative, and patience skills.
