About the role

This is a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Sunbeam Family Services Ltd. The role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents, and ensuring each child's needs are met. Responsibilities include working in partnership with families, reporting any concerns to the manager, teaching children through stimulating play, and ensuring child safety. The apprentice will participate in team meetings, supervision, and appraisal meetings, and is expected to take responsibility for personal development and attend required training. The apprenticeship is based at William Morris Community Centre and William Morris Day Care Centre in Walthamstow, London.
