About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship with RAINBOW SMILES LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to build a career in education and make a significant impact on children's lives. You will be responsible for supporting children's development through engaging activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and maintaining open communication with parents and carers. Key responsibilities include observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in ongoing professional development. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with patience and initiative. The apprenticeship includes online learning, virtual classrooms, and one-to-one support from a dedicated tutor, with no college attendance required. Upon completion, you can progress to further qualifications, including Level 5 and potentially Early Years Teacher Status. An enhanced DBS check will be required if successful.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency in the UK / EU. Visa must not expire before apprenticeship end date.
