About the role

Join A1 Care as a Community Care Worker Apprentice and earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience, qualifications, and skills for a long-term care career. This Level 2 apprenticeship focuses on providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being. No prior experience is required, only a caring attitude and a willingness to learn. Duties include supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, medication assistance, and maintaining accurate records. Upon successful completion of the 10-month apprenticeship, there is a possibility of a full-time role within A1 Care. The training is provided by Paragon Education & Skills Limited, an award-winning national provider.
