About the role
Are you friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Hospitality Team Member to join our team at The Cloverdale Retreat. A fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable experience in a busy hospitality environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in hospitality. You will welcome guests, assist with serving food and drinks, maintain cleanliness, and support events. Full training will be provided, and upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and further training.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grades 4-9) are desired. Excellent communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, teamwork, patience, and physical fitness are also important.
