About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) Apprentice at FMG REPAIR SERVICES LIMITED in Manchester. The role involves identifying and working with damaged mechanical and electrical components on vehicles, including removal and refitting before and after body repair. Duties encompass working with non-structural body panels, engine, gearbox, suspension, and electrical systems. Apprentices will also diagnose and fix faults within vehicle management systems. The program provides a Level 3 qualification and includes a mix of on-the-job training and college block release, supported by regular visits from a skills coach. Entry requirements
