About the role
Kick-start your career with AESSEAL Rotherham as a BA Learning & Development Apprentice. This role supports the training and professional development of employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Duties include supporting the L&D Manager and HR department, coordinating training courses via the AES Advance LMS, managing L&D purchase orders, leading UK HSE training administration, assisting with the Digital Apprenticeship Service, collaborating with Marketing for events, and coordinating initial apprenticeship administration. The apprenticeship includes completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration or L&D Course, and NEBOSH General.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, Initiative, Receptive change agent. Full UK Driving License (or working towards it). Computer Literacy.
