About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Apprentice to join a well-established letting agent in Sheffield. This role is perfect for an individual eager to launch a career in the property and lettings sector. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, representing Fit Property professionally, collecting and recording viewing feedback, following up with prospective tenants, and providing administrative support to the office team. You will also be involved in conducting property inspections. As the role requires travel between properties, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, with business mileage being reimbursed. This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and experience necessary for a successful career in the property industry, with potential progression to roles such as Lettings Negotiator or Property Manager.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English A*-C (9-4) and GCSE Maths A*-C (9-4). Strong communication, IT, organisation, customer care, and problem-solving skills are also required, along with initiative, patience, and the ability to work in a team.
