About the role
This is a 12-month, government-funded Level 3 Extended Diploma apprenticeship in dental nursing, accredited by City & Guilds. The role involves assisting dentists, sterilizing and preparing equipment, handling reception duties, and supporting the overall patient experience. Key responsibilities include providing chair-side support, managing patient queries, taking payments, booking appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive dental experience for patients. The apprentice will also be involved in managing stock and other duties to support the dental team in delivering effective patient care.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, good communication, attention to detail, organization, administrative, and teamwork skills.
