About the role
As an Early Years Educator, you will work with and care for children from birth to 5 years, playing a crucial role in supporting their early education and development. This apprenticeship involves planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities for young children, ensuring their safeguarding and welfare at all times. You will build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and professionals, contributing to closing the gap and increasing the life chances of the children you support. Upon completion, you will receive a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship qualification, including an NCFE Diploma and a Paediatric First Aid award, which counts towards EYFS level 3 child: staff ratios. There is potential for career progression within the company or through further professional development.
