About the role

SBS Bodyworks LTD is seeking an apprentice Vehicle Damage Panel Technician to join their team in London. This role involves repairing accident damage to vehicles, including the removal, repair, and replacement of body panels to manufacturer specifications. The apprenticeship offers a high-quality training package with excellent career prospects in the automotive sector. Duties include preparing for repairs, identifying materials, interpreting technical data, removing/repairing/replacing panels, operating repair tools, communicating supplementary damage, rectifying structural faults, and maintaining housekeeping standards. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, a team player, eager to learn, and have a passion for cars.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Grade 4/C or above. GCSE Maths Grade 4/C or above. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience, Physical fitness.
